Exercise is or should be one of the most important things in peoples lives. Regular exercise can help prevent diseases, improves stamina, strengthens and tones your body, enhances flexibility, control weight and improves quality of life not to mention the huge important psychological advantages you get from daily exercise. To sit here and list only three reasons why would be easy but one must gain a better understanding or reasoning behind the routine.

Live longer – One of the three reasons why exercise is important is because it helps you live longer.

Stay Strong -  Staying strong is a great reason to exercise. Having the energy and muscle to deal with everyday tasks and more helps you feel better at the end of the day.

Look Better -This is the last of the three reasons. Probably the main reason people take up exercising in the first place. In todays society it is important to look attractive, sexy, independent and capable. The beauty of exercising is it not only helps you feel better it makes you look good too.

The best thing about exercising daily is you get used to it and start liking it very quickly. The first week is always the hardest.
