Reasons Why

There are potentially thousands of personal reasons why Mexicans immigrants would choose to emigrate to the United States. Some of these reasons include marriage, education, employment, job prospects and security.  Although it would be impossible for us to list all the reasons here, below is a list of reasons which affect many, listed in no particular order.

Corruption & security Reasons

Although corruption is found in both the US and Mexico it is suggested that the Mexican police force is one of the most corrupt in the world. The enormous drug trade believed to be fueled by Americas huge demand works out in the trillions, this power of money being one of the main reasons for the corruption. It is not a pretty place to live if you know you can’t rely on the people who are meant to protect you.

Poverty & poor economy Reasons

It is without a doubt that the quality of life is much more appealing in the US. The Mexican pesos has been slowly dwindling for years and is no match for the US dollar. Many Mexican Immigrants simply migrate to earn money which is worth more, whether they choose to return or not. Family Reasons

Immigrants may choose to come simply because they want to join their family or start a new family for other reasons.

Job prospect Reasons

If the Mexican has immigrated legally, he has a much better chance of finding a more fulfilling purposeful job in the US. Although if he/she has come illegally then they will have real problems finding a job which is not cash in hand.

Health Reasons

Some of these reasons may be the US has better treatment and quality of medicines.
